BLOCKWELT

Dig, build, survive — and light the core.

The core of this world has gone out, and six wardens have sealed the layers below it. You dig your way down, collect core shards and take a skill from every warden you wake — one that carries you deeper. You can do it alone. With five of you it goes faster.

Pick a world

A few worlds, room for ten each. Each one has its own progress: its own landscape, its own buildings, its own woken wardens. Find one that still needs light.

How it works

Pick a name

On your first visit you choose a name and set a password. No download, no install — it runs in the browser.

Choose a world

The list above shows who is digging where and how full it is. One click on Join and you are standing next to them.

Dig together

Whatever one of you mines or places, everyone sees at once. Nights outside get rough — build a house with a door and a light before then.

On peaceful servers you cannot hurt each other — there it is all about digging, building and the wardens. On PvP servers you can hit each other too; anyone coming up from the deep with full pockets should keep looking over their shoulder.

Fair play

A few rules so the worlds stay fun for everyone. None of it is complicated.

1

Leave other people's builds alone

Whatever somebody else built, stays. Only mine what is yours or what nobody claimed.

2

The spawn is protected

Around every world's spawn you can neither mine nor build — there is always a safe patch there.

3

PvP only on PvP servers

On peaceful servers you cannot hurt each other. If you want to fight, pick a server with the PvP tag.

4

No cheating

Anyone tampering with the save or exploiting bugs loses their account. We would much rather hear about the bug.

5

The operator steps in

If there is trouble, the operator can remove someone from a world or block an account.

6

Hourly backups

Every world is backed up once an hour. If something does go wrong, the state can be brought back.

Six wardens, six skills

Every warden sleeps at its seal altar. You place core shards, wake it — and take a skill from it that carries you further than any gear.

MossgolemWarden of the Woods

Rootgrip — you can climb walls.

SandmotherWarden of the Sands

Sandstep — falls no longer hurt you, and you dig faster.

IceheartWarden of the Frost

Frostshield — a shell of ice protects you and slowly heals you.

SporeherdWarden of the Spores

Sporebreath — you breathe anywhere, and poison cannot touch you.

ShadeweaverWarden of the Threads

Threadhook — a built-in grappling hook and a second jump.

CorekeeperWarden of the Core

Coreflame — lava cannot touch you, and you shine far.

The Crystal Waste

A stretch of land glowing violet, all crystal stone. Shard cocoons grow there — crack one open and you have core shards and company.

The Forgotten Keep

A brick structure reaching far below the surface. Corridors, spikes, chests — and everything that has stayed down there since the core went out.

The Shard Night

Some nights the crystals sing. Then more enemies come, and they drop core shards twice as often.
